Hibiki's weapon of choice is a switchblade. He liked this type of knife considering how easy it is to hide, and the fact that it is completely harmless until you press the releaser button on the shaft.

He usually carries a few of this type of blade around with him, some hidden in various pockets around his person, some in his shoes. This makes for easy access no matter the situation, and also ensures that - should he be searched and his blades confiscated - there is a likely chance of someone missing at least one of them.

When fighting with his blades, Hibiki uses swift movements to inflict as many injuries to his enemy as possible, preferring to slice rather than stab his opponent.

He also knows some mixed martial arts, preferring those with harsh blows and throwing the opponent, as well as dirty tricks. He doesn't fight nice, but will usually try to make the fight last as long as he can due to it being more enjoyable that way.

» Biography:

You probably wouldn't pitch Hibiki for being a delinquent, or a fighter if you saw him on the street. He's usually very laid back and calm, and no one from the outside who knows him would think that this was the type of ting he was into. Sure, he showed an interest in martial arts from a young age, but so did many other young boys who might have grown up to become something quite different.

He's a smart boy, too, so he knows how to play his cards right, and what to say to most people to get on their good side or make them believe what he's saying. that is, when he actually does speak. He's far more of an observer than he is the type to initiate conversation, and you will rarely catch him talking for any greater amount of time.

While he has not quite grown out of his "Ew, girl cooties" phase yet, he does tolerate members of the female gender most of the time - so long as they don't get too affectionate with him.
